FAQ’s

Currently we have two options, Free and Premium. The Premium Subscription begins with a one-month free trial, then you are billed $5 each month thereafter. The Free Subscription remains without charge indefinitely.

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time by selecting Subscriptions under the MY ACCOUNT menu item at the upper right of the homepage. From there select, Pause My Subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by selecting Subscriptions under the MY ACCOUNT menu item at the upper right of the homepage. From there select, Cancel My Subscription.

Once your Free Trial ends, you will receive a monthly Payment Notification email indicating your Subscription Plan and Payment.

On the Login page click “Forgot Password”. Enter your Music of Your Life username or email address into our password reset form. You will receive an email with directions to create a new password. If you don’t receive the reset password email, check your spam/junk folders.

Once logged in, go to Profile under the MY ACCOUNT in the menu. From there click on Change Password.

Once logged in, go to Profile under the MY ACCOUNT in the menu. From there click on Payments.

Once logged in, go to Profile under the MY ACCOUNT in the menu. Then input your new email address and click “Save Profile”.

If you have a promotional code you can use it in the “Coupon Code” field on the Sign-Up page. If your promotional code does not work, please contact us at support@musicofyourlife.com
